There are two possible ways to reach Mani via plane. This is either by landing at Kalamata or Athens International Airports.
Kalamata Airport: Situated closer to the peninsula, Kalamata Airport becomes especially vibrant during the summer months. Once you touch down a two-hour scenic coastal drive awaits to guide you into the welcoming Mani Peninsula.
Athens Airport: Its well-established network of flights, supported by numerous international airlines, ensures Athens remains a key gateway to exploring your destinations in Greece. There are also straight short flights to Kalamata. Driving to Kalamata will take you more or less 4 hours but since the drive through the Peloponnese heart is full of highlights it is possible that you may need an entire day – or a week 😂.
